Jesus is the Son of God; not God the Son. The Book of Revelation shows both God and “the Lamb” ruling in the eternal city (Rev. , 3). In all these examples, Jesus is shown to be separate and distinct from “God,” which is what the people of the time believed and expected. How do we know Jesus was and is the Son of God?
